Providence Milwaukie Hospital

i had a wonderful experience. the emergency room is clean and recently renovated. the nurses were all wonderful and gave great care. they were very compassionate and caring and attentive. i went to the providence in portland and my experience was very different. the emergency room was filthy and old and my room was dirty. they never changed my sheets or offered me showers. the nurses were extremely rude and acted like i was making things up. they would ignore me when i paged them and had a huge attitude. there can be such a big difference in staff and it makes all the difference.

Great in an emergancy by Robin W. at InsiderPages

Providence Milwaukie Hospital is a great place to go when you have an emergency.
I have been here a few times for different reasons. I have always been satisfied with the care I received here.

They recently renovated their emergency room and it is wonderful! Being outside of the city they never really seem to be busy, so I have always been able to get in quickly.

The doctors and staff are great. They all seem to be genuine and caring.
