Better not have any problems with purchase

They are very helpfull & friendly when selling you an appliance but boy are they quick to tell you it isn't their problem if something is wrong with the appliance. They will not even consider returning a faulty item. Bought a Whirlpool washer and dryer (front load "Duet Series" ) that did not remove dirt & hair from washer and they told me nothing they could do about it. I am suppose to vacumn all dirt and hair off items before I wash them. Never heard of such a thing, have you? I thought that was what washers were for, to clean things!
